I have been working with Anna for months, and she is highly knowledgeable, very attentive to detail, and has great style suggestions and ideas.  Anna is always smiling and is beyond patient!  She is able to guide you through each room reno seamlessly!   In fact, everyone with whom I've been in contact at the showroom is friendly, professional, and helpful! Went into the showroom and was helped without a problem. Chose my bathroom tile. When I opened the shower floor tile to put sealer I noticed was different than what I chose. Apparently the tile company didn’t have a good lot in so my tile that was supposed to have gold in it had none. They tried to help me choose another option but I didn’t have time since my tile guy was coming and it needed to be sealed. I also didn’t like the other options they had. Another thing I noticed after the instal which I wish the tile guy would have told me (bc I’m sure they would have swapped them) was the floor tile some pieces have blue lines & marks. My husband and I have been searching for months, to no avail, for a porcelain floor tile for 3 of our adjoining rooms. We had run the gamut of all the Nassau county tile stores before we ended up at Procida Tile in Commack. The two ladies who own the store Ann and Meghan were amazing to work with. You can see that they love  their work. They showed such knowledge of the products and a enormous patience towards us as we were so unsure of what we were looking for. We did finally find a floor after bringing tiles home for weeks. We felt no pressure from them to buy anything each time we came back. Anna was absolutely amazing! She helped me choose tile for all 2½ of my bathrooms and made what felt like an overwhelming process so easy. After visiting several stores where no one understood my vision, Anna truly listened, offered beautiful suggestions, and provided exceptional customer service. I went to Procida Tile today and had a great experience. Ana took the time to walk us through everything, offering thoughtful input and helping us understand what would look best for our space. Her approach was thorough and customer-focused—we really appreciated the level of detail she provided, along with explaining the pros and cons of each option. It made the decision process much easier and more comfortable for us. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend them. In addition, now that the project is over 10 weeks later, I like to add that every call and email was answered and options were discussed. I had the pleasure of working with Megan as a different selection for my backslash was made. Megan was knowledgeable and helpful all the way with my updated selection for my backsplash. We recently purchased bathroom vanity and tile from Procida Tile in Deer Park. We were lucky enough to be assisted by the sales rep/designer Megan. She had a great feel for putting patterns, colors and designs together, and showed great patience with the many gyrations of the process. Upon receiving the materials, we found that the very high end vanity base that we purchased was damaged. We contacted Megan, and she immediately responded, and worked on getting a replacement, but the time was short as my contractors had already started the hoops. Megan faced many roadblocks, but finally found a solution to the problem and we are very grateful for her determination and perseverance. I needed tiles from an original purchase from 15 years ago- the minute I walked in and showed Anna the tiles, she identified them immediately and was able to find a source to get the tiles that I need to make my repair.
