My husband and I have been searching for months, to no avail, for a porcelain floor tile for 3 of our adjoining rooms. We had run the gamut of all the Nassau county tile stores before we ended up at Procida Tile in Commack. The two ladies who own the store Ann and Meghan were amazing to work with. You can see that they love  their work. They showed such knowledge of the products and a enormous patience towards us as we were so unsure of what we were looking for. We did finally find a floor after bringing tiles home for weeks. We felt no pressure from them to buy anything each time we came back. Anna was absolutely amazing! She helped me choose tile for all 2½ of my bathrooms and made what felt like an overwhelming process so easy. After visiting several stores where no one understood my vision, Anna truly listened, offered beautiful suggestions, and provided exceptional customer service.
