This is an interior wall piece. Because the relief runs in one direction, plan the orientation before setting out: stacked vertically the battens read as full-height fluting, while a horizontal run reads as a slatted band. The rectified edge supports a tight joint, and a grout matched to the walnut tone will keep the ribs continuous across the wall. Set with a suitable large-format wall adhesive, back-butter the piece, and work to the manufacturer’s installation and maintenance manual. Not frost resistant — interior use only.
