The Tibur collection by Cerdomus is a celebrated travertine-look porcelain series inspired by the classical Roman buildings carved from Tivoli travertine — the very same material that built the Colosseum and countless Renaissance structures. Manufactured by Cerdomus in Castel Bolognese, Italy (a family-owned ceramics maker since 1969), Tibur translates centuries of stone heritage into a modern, durable, low-maintenance porcelain product. The collection is available in two cuts: cross cut (the standard organic, cloud-like figuring) and vein cut (linear grain showing the stone’s bedding plane).
